By accessing or using our website at www.mykeybox.com, our kiosk devices, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MyKeyBox provides a smart locker key management system for automotive dealerships. The Service enables secure key storage, pickup, and dropoff through electronic lockers managed via our web platform and physical kiosk devices.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Door access codes are unique, time-sensitive, and intended for single use.
You must not share your door codes with unauthorized individuals.
MyKeyBox is not responsible for lost or stolen keys after successful retrieval from the locker.
Dealerships and carriers are responsible for ensuring correct key placement in assigned boxes.
Certain features require purchase of service packages.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyKeyBox LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyKeyBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
MyKeyBox's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to MyKeyBox in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
