These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern the SMS messaging program operated by MyKeyBox LLC ("MyKeyBox," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from MyKeyBox, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
MyKeyBox sends SMS notifications to customers related to smart locker key management at automotive dealerships. Messages may include:
Order confirmation notifications
Door access codes for key pickup and dropoff
Order status updates
Account notifications
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from MyKeyBox through the following methods:
Digital: By checking the SMS notification consent checkbox during the order creation process on our website at www.mykeybox.com.
Keyword: By texting START or YES to our designated phone number.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may use the MyKeyBox service and receive notifications via email without opting in to SMS.
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You will typically receive messages when an order is created, when a door code is assigned, and when an order status changes. You will not receive more than 10 messages per month under normal usage.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. MyKeyBox does not charge any fees for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from MyKeyBox. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START.
